CRS Roofing Systems and Contracting Corp, also known as CRS Roofing Services, guarantees to match the price of any other contractor for the roofing system specified herein, provided the competition meets the following qualifications:
- Applicable Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and/or DC Home Improvement License
- Established Commercial/Industrial place of business
- Workmen’s Compensation Insurance for Roofing Classification
- Liability Insurance of minimum $2,000,000, including coverage for vehicles.
- All work, including labor and materials can be guaranteed by the Manufacturer pursuant to strict installation procedures for the life of the guarantee.
- Benefits for its employees, i.e. life insurance, health insurance, holiday pay, profit sharing and/or retirement program.
- CRS is an employee owned business (ESOP)
- Uniforms for employees
- Memberships: National Roofing Contractors Association (NCRA), Mid-Atlantic Contractors Association (MARCA), Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC), Property Management Association (PMA).
- Credit with local roofing products suppliers a minimum of $50,000.
- No unfavorable reports with the Better Business Bureau and/or Government Agencies.
- Comply with minimum installation procedures recommended by Manufacturer and/or NRCA.
- Materials used and procedures employed are as specified in our proposal.
- No deposit requirement until materials are delivered to job site and work begins.
